Job Description

Reach out to the universe of merchants and sign them up for Happiesta Marketplace after negotiating the best commissions with sellers. Source catalogues of these merchants and ensure availability of a wide variety of products.

Work closely with the merchandising team to get the catalogues live on the marketplace. Be the single point of contact for all existing and new merchants who want to sell on the platform.
Generate market information, and bring in regional expertise/ local flavor in sourcing.


  • A business development mindset and strong operational co-ordination.
  • Good negotiation skills are a must.
  • Capability to keep the sellers engaged on live catalogues.
  • Must have an aggressive approach to driving business.
  • Attention to detail and comfort of working in a ground-up business environment
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • A keen sense of the market and its trends.


0-2 years of experience of field sales, preferably in technology/ marketplace/ ecommerce industry.
